What details do I need to provide to incorporate my business?
To incorporate your company, we will need the following: company name, the business activity of the company, a registered office address in the UK, and the details of the company directors, shareholders and People with Significant Control (PSC). What if I change my mind?
Do I need to submit an ID or proof of address?
Yes, the following people will need to be verified to set up your company:
– You, the Rise Formations account holder
– Additional Directors
– Persons with Significant Control – if that person or company owns over 25% of your company
How much does it cost?
The Companies House fee to incorporate a limited company is £100 which we have reduced. There are additional services we offer that carry additional cost such as a registered London address (£89/yr), or a professional review of your application (£20). These are optional.
